Chapter 574 - 574: Lumine, Do You Want to Try It?

"Not a chance!"Wendy flatly refused Miko's demand.

The more Miko wanted it, the less she was going to give it to her.

Of course, the main reason was also that she wasn't quite comfortable taking it out. Even if everyone here was female, she still had an image to maintain.

If she actually produced that thing, there was no telling how Miko and Lumine would look at her afterward.

She'd known what Miko was wrestling with, so she'd simply gone ahead and used it in front of her — to spare her the awkwardness.

And of course, it was for Lumine's benefit too.

"Hmph! Little girl — and you said you hadn't!"

Though she hadn't expected Wendy to just suddenly try the ball out like that, Miko was quick to seize on it and call her out.

Still, she could see that Wendy might genuinely not have used it before — that she'd come here specifically to ask about her and Lumine's experience. Otherwise she'd surely have left by now, since Kaito wasn't here anymore.

"I really haven't — that was my first time just now." Wendy continued toying with the little ball in her hand, then suddenly looked over at Lumine and said: "Lumine, do you want to try?"

With that, Wendy produced a red ball from somewhere and placed it in front of Lumine.

Miko: "???"

Watching Wendy pull out one ball after another, Miko couldn't keep a straight face anymore.

"You little— you're actually carrying this many of these things on you, and you still claim you've never used one?" Miko's disbelief in Wendy's earlier words went up another notch.

But then she thought — Wendy had just used it in front of both her and Miko without batting an eye, so she could manage it too.

With that, Lumine picked up the red ball Wendy had set in front of her and opened her mouth slightly, trying to ease it in.

All in all, Miko's feeling was that the three of them just sitting there using these things with no real purpose was rather pointless.
